Foundation STG/Health Management Forum

The foundation STG/Health Management Forum (STG/HMF) presents an open and independent forum. The forum creates an understanding of the future, enabling decision makers and innovators in care to act together with a focus on the future in the interest of society.
The Foundation offers four types of activities:
•    exploring the future: scenarios for the future and trends monitoring
•    learning to understand and to experience the future
•    connecting decision makers and innovators in networks
•    activating with a focus on annual themes where STG/HMF positions itself as a catalyst for future oriented developments in care.
These four types of activities complement each other in a permanent process which allows participants to focus on potential images of the future and possible implications for themselves and others in the field of care.

STG/HMF is renowned for its relevant and creative agenda setting. It addresses subjects which could be seen as controversial. In this way it challenges the care market to include short term and long term answers to urgent questions and needs in the way in which participants shape their own organisations and how they can make a difference to the sector and to society.

The participants in the STG/Health Management Forum have responsible positions in care institutions, care insurance companies, patients’ organisations, governments and other organisations active in the care sector. 

STG/HMF is the Dutch network for futures research, strategy development and healthcare innovation. Do you care about the future of healthcare? Do you want to explore, develop and share new ideas, visions and strategies for future policy, together with your peers from a wide range of organizations? Are you looking for thorough analysis of trends and future developments?
